Terms and conditions: once you have booked a session, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice or the session will be deducted from your package sessions. All the sessions online lessons must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Classes last a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of 80 minutes, giving the teacher time to write feedback, homework, and follow-up. Discounts or promotions that are not explicitly listed for use in online lesson packages cannot be used when purchasing online lessons. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Only one person can attend an online session, and it must be the same person throughout the program. While we strive to be flexible in planning, please note that the more regular your schedule is, the faster it will fit you with the teacher.

Yes, it is! Purchased lesson packages expire 12 months after purchase. You have a full calendar year to use your purchased packages before they expire.
